HAUL 19: PRESENTS FROM PARENTS, PART 2

Hello,
This is part two from my Presents from Parents haul for my birthday. it has taken me a while to get around to this because i wanted to space my hauls out. But i just figure that i am going to go shopping again and they will just build up.

I would really like to know if you guys even want me to continue doing hauls? I am considering stopping because some people find them to be a form of bragery and i assure you they are not my intentions. I only do hauls so that you guys know what i have and can request reviews on them. If i buy something, marketed to be fantastic, but in reality it's not. I think you guys deserve to know and don't have to go out there and waste your money.

So i would like to hear your thoughts and opinions on hauls and if i should continue them!

NAPOLEON PERDIS "PARTY SET" REVIEW

Hello everyone,

Today this is going to be a review on Napoleon Perdis "Party Set".
This was requested by a couple of followers recently and i wanted to get right on it and review this as soon as i can.

Napoleon Perdis is a very nice brand and i am a fan of their sets. The "Party Set" comes with 18 eyeshadows, 4 blushes, 4 lipglosses and 3 brushes.

QUALITY:

All of the eyeshadow colours are very pigmented but they seem to do this flaking thing. However, they do not crease or fade. Lipglosses are very pigmented but i reccomend using a brush and not your finger as things can get a little messy. Blushes are amazing pigmented and very smooth, could almost pass for creme blushes but i know that they are not.

COLOUR:

Eyeshadows: Beige, peach, sky blue, rose, boysenberry, plum, orchid, deep purple, olive, fluro green, deep green, sea blue, deep blue green, navy blue, silver, grey and black. Blushes: Peach, vibrant pink, misty pink, rosey pink. Lipglosses: Baby pink, deep pink, red, purple.

PACKAGING:

All of the Napoleon perdis sets have gorgeous packaging and this Party Set is no exception! The outside packaging is silver sequins sewn into netting on a glittery silver plastic. Inside it is the same glittery silver plastic with a super cute compartment for the lipgloss, brushes and mirror.

PURCHASING:

Retails from $40-$60. You can purchase Napoleon Perdis "Party Set" from the Napoleon Perdis in your mall. Or i know that Target, David Jones and Myer stock some Napoleon Perdis. If not then online is your next best option because you may get some really good deals on Ebay or a wholesaler website.

PURCHASE AGAIN?

I recieved this as a present so i didn't exactly purchase it. But i would purchase myself another one if i ever ran out but i do not see myself ever running out! You get a lot of product for $40-$60 so i think that it is a very good deal. If you were comparing this to MAC prices, this set would cost you roughly $850. Therefore it i a great alternative to MAC.

Has anyone tried Napoleon Perdis before? Did you enjoy their products?

My last haul was a "Part One" from two parts in my "Presents From Parents" post. This is not "Part Two". This is a haul from my extended family meaning aunts, uncles and grandparents. "Part Two" is coming.

MAC Mineralized Eye Shadow in "It's A Miracle"
From the Magic Mirth and Mischeif collection.
A deep purple with a gold cresent.

MAC Plush Lash mascara in "Plushblack"
I thought i wouldn't like this because everyone says how bad MAC mascaras are.
However, i found it to do amazing things to my lashes!!

Napoleon Perdis "Party Set" and "Jet Set"
"Party Set" being bright and vibrant colours and "Jet Set" being more subtle and neutral colours. These sets are amazing! So cute and compact but very high quality.

Revlon "Colour Collection" gift set.

Revlon Nail Polishes in Eggplant, Silver Screen, Make Mine Mango and Fuchsia Fever.

Revlon eyeliner in "Rose Pink"
Revlon Creme Gloss in "Play Up Pink"
Revlon Lipstick in "Pink Pout"
All of these Revlon lip items can so easily be duped with MAC items! Good quality and stunning colours.

Revlon Bronzing Powder in "01 Soleil"
I am so glad i recieved this because i have been looking for a no shimmer bronzer for ages!

Revlon "Double Twist" mascara.
Before opening this i watched some reviews on youtube and they were ALL bad. Expressing concerns of clumping and smudging. However, mine was completley not like that at all! In perfect condition and no clumping on the brush to be seen.

Revlon Matte; mono eyeshadows in "Pink Innocence" and "Rich Sable"
These seem super pigmented and are packaged so cutely.

Revlon Kabuki
Incredibly soft and i can see this challenging my MAC kabuki.

Make-up bag.

Such a pretty design and it feels so silky.

" So...? Sinful" purfume and deodorant combo.

Elizabeth Arden nail polish in "Shimmery Pink"

Chanel eyeshadow compact in "22 Exaltes"

Oh my gosh i am being flooded with presents this birthday.

I dont even know what to say except thank you so much to all of my family and friends.
I have been given so many gifts this year and it is just making me even more excited for christmas. I think i have done 3 birthday hauls already and i have another 2 to do. That just shows how much i have gotten. But i am very thankful and appreciate everything.

Haul 19: PRESENTS FROM PARENTS, PART 1

Hello,
I am sorry i have been hauling so much but it is just because it's my birthday. LOL it's my birthday and i can haul if i want to.
This time it is presents from my parents. They took me shopping to buy some birthday presents and i found some really nice stuff from various stores all over my city. I can not tell you the exact price because my parents have the receipts and won't let me have them cause they are "presents" and i shouldn't know the price, but i spent $800 on clothes and $100 on makeup.

Since it is such a large haul, i have split it into 2 seperate posts. This one includes half the clothes and none of the makeup.
Please note that some boutique names are not mentioned because they are unique to where i live and it may give away my destination. We shall refer to them as boutique (insert number here).
Also, I have two very special purchases that i am leaving until the end, so stay tuned for that.
