Promotion opportunities for female workers in Europe
Currently, in Poland, 52% of married women are full-time housewifes, with the proportion of working women is only 44%. The Polish women’s wages lower than the same 30% of male workers jobs. Meanwhile, promotion opportunities for female workers far less than male workers. However, due to fear of being fired, they dare not make requests for unfair on wages.
